Health and wellness
FCNB is committed to supporting wellness initiatives in healthy eating, physical activity, psychological wellness and environmental sustainability. These initiatives have been recognized by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick. Our employees can take advantage of yearly flu shots, and a fitness reimbursement program. We also provide confidential counselling, referrals and resources through our Employee and Family Assistance Program. Our active social and wellness committees at both locations organize events throughout the year, including social gatherings for staff, fitness activities, lunch and learns, and wellness challenges. Students, interns, and new grads
