Applications will not be considered complete until all questions are answered and all supporting documents are received by our Office.
Please read all applications carefully as failure to follow instructions or provide documentation may result in a delay to your licensing. Additionally, failure to properly answer all questions may result in the application being rejected and a new application being required.
It is an offence to provide false, misleading or incomplete information on the application and/or attachments, and doing so may be sufficient grounds to reject the application, or revoke a licence, and could result in prosecution.
Applicants are reminded that the completion of an application does not guarantee the issue of a licence and that it is against the law of this Province to carry on the business of an insurance agent, broker, adjuster or damage appraiser unless they hold a current and valid licence. Each applicant must be found suitable to hold a licence.
