Securities Law and Policy

New Brunswick’s securities laws consist of the Securities Act itself, any rules or regulations made under the Act, and any decisions made by the Commission or its Executive Director.

Regulatory Instruments

Rules, Policies, Orders, and Notices contain rules, instruments, policies, and other documents, both proposed and final. A number of regulatory instruments such as rules and orders are used to administer the requirements of New Brunswick’s securities laws. Most regulatory instruments are numbered according to the CSA numbering system.
