Insurance Notice: Follow-up Consultation Paper – Insurance 2021 “Diagnostic and Treatment Protocols”

On April 1, 2021, the Financial and Consumer Services Commission, Insurance Division, released a Consultation Paper proposing diagnostic and treatment protocols for automobile accident victims. This comment period has been extended until July 1, 2021.
